1. End-to-end latency: Estimated latencies (estimated by NetVigator tool) along with measured latencies whenever available.
2. Bottleneck bandwidth capacity: As measured by Pathrate tool.
3. End-to-end available bandwidth: As measured by both Pathchirp and Spruce tools. For each source-destination pair, we perform pathchirp measurement immediately followed by a Spruce measurement so that the measurement results can be compared. Note that since Spruce requires the bottleneck capacity to determine available bandwidth, we run it only when bottleneck capacity value is available.
4. Lossrate: As measured by Tulip tool.
